Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für den spanischen Marktplatz: Betreuung und Optimierung von Listings und Produkten auf Marktplätzen wie Amazon für den spanischen Markt.
Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit, Conversion Rates und des Umsatzes.
Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen: Kontinuierliche Analyse des spanischen Marktes, um Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen.
Produktdatenqualität: Pflege und Optimierung der Produktdaten für eine optimale Marktplatzpräsenz.
Innovationsmanagement: Erkennen von Trends und Innovationen auf den Marktplätzen sowie deren Integration in bestehende Prozesse.
Performance Monitoring: Laufende Auswertung der Marktplatz-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs.
Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit dem internationalen Marketplace-Team und anderen Abteilungen.

Dein Profil

Sprachkenntnisse: Spanisch als Muttersprache sowie sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse.
Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im E-Commerce, idealerweise im Marktplatz-Management (Amazon).
Zahlenaffinität: Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytische Fähigkeiten.
Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten.
Stressresistenz: Du behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
Motivation: Leidenschaft für E-Commerce und der Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigene Ideen umzusetzen.
Innovationsfreude: Interesse an aktuellen E-Commerce-Trends und Bereitschaft, bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Your mission

Responsibility for the Spanish marketplace: Support and optimization of listings and products on marketplaces such as Amazon for the Spanish market.
Strategic development: Development and implementation of strategies to increase visibility, conversion rates and sales.
Market and competition analyses: Continuous analysis of the Spanish market in order to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage.
Product data quality: Maintenance and optimization of product data for an optimal marketplace presence.
Innovation management: Recognizing trends and innovations on the marketplaces and integrating them into existing processes.
Performance monitoring: Ongoing evaluation of marketplace performance based on relevant KPIs.
Cross-functional cooperation: Close cooperation with the international marketplace team and other departments.

Your profile

Language skills: Spanish as mother tongue and very good knowledge of German or English.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in marketplace management (Amazon).
Numerical affinity: Very good understanding of numbers and analytical skills.
Working style: Reliability, organizational skills and a structured way of working.
Soft skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and the ability to work independently.
Stress resistance: You keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
