Du denkst in Bildern, ob still oder bewegt und siehst Frames, wo andere nur Content sehen? Du liebst es, mit der Kamera Geschichten zu erzählen und im Schnitt magische Momente zu schaffen? Du willst gestalten, nicht nur konsumieren und die Adobe Creative Cloud bringt dich auf Wolke 7?
Dann komm in unser Creative Team! Wir suchen einen Junior Videographer / Photographer (m/w/d), der unsere vier Marken mit einzigartigem Foto- und Videocontent sichtbar macht – auf allen digitalen Kanälen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Marketingteams prägst du maßgeblich das Bild und die Identität unserer 4 Marken
Du entwickelst, planst und setzt Foto- & Videoproduktionen
Shooting, Schnitt, Animation, Color Grading – das machst du alles in einem Workflow
Du erstellst Short-Form-Content für Paid Ads für Social Media und YouTube und produzierst Assets für Webshop, Amazon, Social Media & CRM
Du arbeitest mit der Art Direction / Text und deinem Creative Director, Brand und Performance Team zusammen
Du bist verantwortlich für Technik, Licht, Set & Organisation bei Shootings
Weitere Aufgaben & Chancen
- Testen & Umsetzen neuer Formate und Creatives
- Input zu Trends & visuellem Storytelling in laufenden Kampagnen
- Ausbau unserer Inhouse-Contentproduktion in Qualität & Geschwindigkeit
- Kreativer Sparringspartner für die Art Direction und Text
- Steigerung der Effizienz durch Integration von KI in den Workflow

Dein Profil

Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fotografie / Content Creation / Videoproduktion – ob selbst beigebracht oder klassisch gelernt, ist uns egal. Entscheidend: Du und dein Reel.
Du bringst eine echte Hands-on-Mentalität mit und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit deinem Team richtig gute Kampagnen zu bauen.
Du hast ein exzellentes Gespür für Ästhetik, starke Bildsprache und modernes Storytelling?
Du weißt, wie Hooks funktionieren, was Scroll-Stopping bedeutet und wie aus 3 Sekunden Aufmerksamkeit 30 Sekunden Performance werden.
Du kannst mit Kamera, Objektiv, Licht und Schnitt umgehen – und weißt, wie man aus wenig viel macht.
Du beherrschst die gängigen Programme der Adobe Creative Cloud.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert, hands-on, kreativ – und bleibst trotzdem im Timing.
Du willst mit einem kreativen Team wachsen, das genauso für gutes Storytelling brennt wie du.

Your mission

Do you think in images—whether still or moving—and see frames where others just see content? Do you love telling stories through the lens and creating magic in the edit? Do you want to create, not just consume, and the Adobe Creative Cloud puts you on cloud nine?
Then join our Creative Team! We’re looking for a Junior Videographer / Photographer (f/m/d) who will make our four brands stand out with unique photo and video content—across all digital channels.

Your Responsibilities:

As part of our marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping the look and identity of our four brands
You develop, plan, and execute photo and video productions
Shooting, editing, animation, color grading—you handle it all in one seamless workflow
You create short-form content for paid ads on social media and YouTube and produce assets for our webshop, Amazon, social media, and CRM
You collaborate closely with Art Direction, Copy, your Creative Director, and the Brand and Performance teams
You're responsible for equipment, lighting, set, and organization during shoots

Additional Tasks & Opportunities:

Test and implement new formats and creative concepts
Contribute ideas on trends and visual storytelling in ongoing campaigns
Help expand our in-house content production in both quality and speed
Act as a creative sparring partner for Art Direction and Copy
Increase efficiency by integrating AI tools into your workflow

Your profile

You have initial work experience in photography, content creation, or video production—whether self-taught or formally trained doesn’t matter to us. What counts is you and your reel.
You bring a true hands-on mentality and are eager to build great campaigns together with your team
You have a strong sense of aesthetics, a powerful visual language, and a feel for modern storytelling
You understand how hooks work, what scroll-stopping means, and how to turn 3 seconds of attention into 30 seconds of performance
You’re confident working with camera, lenses, lighting, and editing— and you know how to make a lot out of a little
You're proficient in the key tools of the Adobe Creative Cloud
You work independently, are well-organized, hands-on, creative—and always stay on time
You want to grow with a creative team that’s as passionate about great storytelling as you are
