We are looking for a versatile Global Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure our product detail pages and marketing content for our e‑commerce portfolio of food supplements, medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetics are legally compliant across multiple EU markets. You will play a central role in reviewing regulatory labelling and ensuring the compliance of our product listings, contributing directly to product safety and company growth.

Location: Düsseldorf (NRW), Hamburg (HH), Remote (Germany) We are looking for a versatile Global Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure our product detail pages and marketing content for our e‑commerce portfolio of food supplements, medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetics are legally compliant across multiple EU markets. You will play a central role in reviewing regulatory labelling and ensuring the compliance of our product listings, contributing directly to product safety and company growth.
Your mission
- Act as the primary internal contact for Marketplaces, Sales, and Brand teams on regulatory questions and the escalation of compliance risks.
- Provide country‑specific regulatory guidance for EU markets (including Germany, Spain, France, and Italy). Knowledge of regulations in third countries is a plus.
- Review online content and Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for regulatory conformity.
- Support listing launches and corrective actions. Draft compliant wording for product pages and packaging where needed.
- Conduct training and produce guidance documents for cross‑functional teams.
Your profile
- Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD/BPharm), Food Chemistry, Nutritional Science (Oecotrophology), Food Technology, Law, or comparable professional experience; a pharmacy background is highly valued.
- Several years of practical experience in the food supplements, medicinal products, medical devices, or cosmetics industries -e.g.Regulatory Affairs or similar functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in aregulatory capacity supporting business objective while ensuring appropriate governance
- Solid knowledge of applicable EU regulations and practical awareness of national particularities (especially Germany, Spain, France, and Italy).
- Fluent in English and German; proficiency in Spanish plus either Italian or French is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, solution‑oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- High degree of initiative, responsibility, and reliability; ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys driving projects forward and contributing to company growth.
