Amazon Performance Manager UK (f/m/d) 
Employment: Full-time 40 hours, flexible working hours, fixed-term contract for 2 years

Location: Hamburg (HH), Remote (Germany), Düsseldorf (NRW)

We are looking for an analytically strong and execution-driven Amazon Performance Manager (f/m/d) to take ownership of our retail media activities in the UK market. In this role, you will manage and continuously improve Amazon Advertising campaigns across the full funnel while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• You develop, manage, and continuously optimise the Amazon advertising strategy for the UK market
• You manage campaigns across the full funnel (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP)
• You take ownership of campaign setups, budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives
• You continuously analyse campaign performance (e.g. ROAS, ACoS, paid sales, SOV, organic rankings) and derive actionable insights
• You combine advertising data with digital shelf indicators (e.g. PDP quality) to identify holistic growth opportunities
• You identify where content improvements can increase efficiency and reduce ad spend
• You collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, and brand teams as well as external stakeholders (incl. Bayer UK)
• You align campaigns with promotions, product launches, and key commercial moments
• You use tools such as Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Skai, BidX or similar platforms to manage and optimise campaigns
• You stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and new features in the Amazon Ads ecosystem

Experience

• You bring 1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, or Amazon Advertising
• You have hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC); DSP is a plus
• You have experience using advertising management tools such as Pacvue, Skai, BidX, or similar

Skills & Strengths

• You have a strong understanding of performance KPIs and can turn data into clear actions
• You understand how content and digital shelf performance impact conversion and advertising efficiency
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• You have experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• You are a proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
• You are curious about new tools and technologies, especially AI in advertising and content

Languages

• You are fluent in English
• German is a plus
